Updating previous review from last weeks bad experience. I truly understand places having a “bad” night and that’s exactly what happened. Later that evening, the general manager reached out to me by calling my phone and apologizing for our experience and explained what happened. He offered us a free pizza for future order. Today, we took up that offer. Like I said, I understand being short staffed and things not going the greatest, so we decided to give them another shot…...
Highly recommend. The Monicals Pizza in Pontiac, IL is great. Friendly, curtious staff that wants you to be happy with your experience at this restaurant. The pizza we ordered was made exactly as we asked. Tasted great.
The pizza sauce is the best I e tasted on a pizza ever. The Italian beef roll is perfect with the whole pepperchinis gave it a great flavor. I suggest this pizza stop to all pizza lovers!!! FR. And they deliver to Flanagan!
