Sushi is good and fresh. Roll was well put together and not dry at all. Jalapeño bombs were so good. Strongly recommend those. Will definitely order again. Love to support small local business!

Went to the Washington food truck. Crab Rangoon is great! I wasn't fond of the California roll or the tuna roll. Very fishy. Seaweed is too thick. Presentation is good.

I'm currently writing this as we wait for our food. It's been almost ONE HOUR since I placed the order and I have not gotten my food yet.(I just looked at the time stamp on my receipt to confirm this). We've been here once before for lunch and it wasn't bad, but thus is unacceptable. They are not crazy busy either. Probably the last time we will be coming here.

I will not be ordering again, today I placed an order to be delivered at 12 pm got a text confirming my order and the time of delivery, order got delivered 20 mins before specified time and so by the time I was able to take my lunch my food had been sitting for 20 mins and cold by time I was able to get to it. I called and they blamed the issue on door dash. My complaint is why give me the option to pick a time for delivery when you're not going to follow. $35 wasted on cold food. I do not recommend.
Went to the new location in Washington, IL. Honestly some of the best hibachi and sushi I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Benihana and others. They were very sweet, fast, and completed my large order with accuracy to the tee. So excited to watch this place take off!

I’d review more but the parking is an absolute nightmare, they aren’t even busy and no one can get in. I followed a truck in and the 3 parking spots in the front are completely blocked of course, but there’s a sign that says more parking in rear, the truck said screw it and left so we go to take a right into the rear and a white truck waiting for a pickup order is completely blocking it. I called several times to get help even with a translator none of them spoke good enough English to understand anything, they just kept switching people and repeating the same things. I had no luck, won’t be going back to that nightmare. Ruined my whole evening. Thanks for nothing.

Super disappointed with my last visit to Yatta.After placing my order I was instructed for pick up in 25 minutes.After a 55 minute wait and 3 orders showing up after me, being served before me, I finally got my food.If you think I got cold food, you'd be correct.$70+ order and nothing was good.2 cold fried rolls, cold chicken dumplings, cold wantans.This was the last visit I'll be making to this "food truck".

4 stars because I have no complaints about the sushi ?. I ordered the hibachi combo and I wanted to love it Soo much. However, I needed a gallon of water when I was finished because HOLY SALT! Please please fix this. If I hadn't spent $20+ on that and noodles, I would have tossed it. Otherwise I would definitely be a regular. It's the next day and my tongue is almost sore ☹️
