Went to the new location in Washington, IL. Honestly some of the best hibachi and sushi I’ve ever had and I’ve been to Benihana and others. They were very sweet, fast, and completed my large order with accuracy to the tee. So excited to watch this place take off!
4 stars because I have no complaints about the sushi ?. I ordered the hibachi combo and I wanted to love it Soo much. However, I needed a gallon of water when I was finished because HOLY SALT! Please please fix this. If I hadn't spent $20+ on that and noodles, I would have tossed it. Otherwise I would definitely be a regular. It's the next day and my tongue is almost sore ☹️

Sushi is good and fresh. Roll was well put together and not dry at all. Jalapeño bombs were so good. Strongly recommend those. Will definitely order again. Love to support small local business!
