We were in PdR the October weekend of Friday the 13th for a research trip and decided to stay local for our dinner. Lisa's is located next to Rocher Pub but she was running a fish buffet that night so we chose it. If you enter from the front off Market Street that's the bar but there's a door marked restaurant inside. If you come in the back where there's a parking lot it's the restaurant. I had some Texas toast burger they make here and it was great super delicious and the fries were great. Clean atmosphere, not a dive bar, clean nice restaurant in an old historical building. Well kept with pride.
