We were out in the Jeep and stopped here for lunch. Such a cute place! It was busy with all the jeeps but the food was good, our order was right and the staff was fun and friendly! Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area.

Driving thru a riverside area of IL, around 9p.m. one night, we found this cute historic area. The bar on the corner was quaint and friendly.

Made for a good rest stop and visiting time, but no food is served in there after 8 p.m...so we mosey'd on out, walked down the street reading all the historic plaquards, then headed on out of town, looking for food.

Seems like a nice place for a day trip; for lunch, drinks and a stroll down memory lane.

Fried chicken is really good. They need to upgrade their AC units it was warm in there today.the Bar area is much cooler.

We hit the bluff road on our Harleys multiple times per year. Nearly every time we are out, we get burgers while here. Great people, cold beer, good food, and a historic town.

Stumbled upon this little gem about 7 years ago when I was out with my son's. So as of Sunday they wanted to go for their 18th birthday for dinner never been let down by food service or atmosphere. Highly recommend

We stayed at a BNB and arrived after 4. This was about the only place to eat. I had the Reubens and sweet potato fries, husband had Phillie steak and cheese with their seasoned fries. My Reubens had approximately 1 tablespoon of shaved corned beef, an unrelated piece of Swiss cheese, a teaspoon of thousand island and a tub of grease on the thin slices of grilled bread. The sweet potato fries were tasteless. How they get anyone to pay 12 + dollars for this is beyond me. My husband had no complaints but he could eat out of a garbage can and be ok. The amount of grease on the bread almost clogged each and every artery that supplied my heart. If I had served this in this manner you can be assured I was either stone drunk or out of my mind. The girls serving us were cute and quite informative about the pictures on the wall and the area. So, in conclusion- don't eat here, but the people are great.

I had loaded potato skins for appetizer and a Ruben with fries. It was so freaking good! First time eating there. Talked to the nicest couple next to us. 10 stars. Highly recommend.our waitress was so awesome. Great food and great environment!
