I've order a 4a chicken sandwich meal with no pickles 3 separate times i get home and there's a double cheeseburger with no pickles in the bag and missing my fries unacceptable service this is a recurring issue and down right unacceptable and aggravating

They took my order which I ordered a Large coke. Took my money. Then I noticed I didnt get a drink. They tell me oh we ran out of Co2 so we cant serve carbonated drinks. Dont you think thats the first thing you should tell people at intercom so they can decide if they want the saltiest food without a drink.

Brenda was so amazingly kind to myself and my teo little girls. She helped us feel comfortable and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to have a nice time. Brenda made the experience wonderful.

Top 3 worst mcdonalds I've ever eaten at. Chicken tendon wrap, didnt call out our order, dropped our cups and then walked away without replacing them. And then gave the Gen z stare. Really didn't believe the boomers until today. Wild experience all-around. Great story though 10/10 would suffer again.

Mold growth can take several days to several weeks to incubate and soda machines and their nozzles should be soaked and cleaned every 24 hours in the restaurant industry
Hopefully the health inspector fairy pays yall a visit, who knows how many people you have made sick during this time of neglect

All the new people in Princeton McDonald's needs proper training and need to read a receipt and check the bag and make sure everything's actually in there because they forgot a Big Mac I got everything from the number 1 and McDonald's y'all really need to get y'all stuff together for real this the last time I'm going to y'all I'd rather eat at reasons and Henry Illinois plus the quality of food and everything is great

This is the quality of food you should expect if you ever eat here. They do not care for quality of your food, how it looks let alone how it's cooked. They serve you old meat and destroy your sandwich if they decide what you wanted was annoying. There has never been an correction of this in my time ordering here and they have 0 pride in their work. I suggest you go to Wendy's or Culvers despite the price as at least there you get quality food and service.
Being fast food is not a good excuse when you're surrounded by other options that actually respect you as a customer.

Went to order breakfast and the person taking ordered didn’t know of any deals went to ask then came back 3 times to ask what we asked. Said forget the order then tried to order on the app and couldn’t add food to the order really poor service on both ends

this place has always sucked because they always forget my food. I always have to come back around or call them just to get my food. they're always so rude. they always have such an attitude. it's like they hate doing what they're meant to do. like it's literally their job. The least you can do is have some respect for people that are just trying to get along with their day and eat. went there today not only did they forget half our food, but then they ended up closing early, ignoring us as we were knocking on the window and honking, and then they decided to help the person that was behind us. I hate this place and i wasted money. The food isn't even good. It's soggy or cold.
