Horrible experience, this place was not busy at all. Not only did we Wait over 1 hour for are food the food was wrong making us to wait longer and then when asking for some sort of compensation we were told no after explaining are experience with our sever. If you would like your straws thrown on your table and have to ask for refills and like to get ignored by your waiter I would recommend 100% but if not I would not recommend at all.

It was hot but took me back to when I was a kid. Pizza is really good but my personal taste is thought the sauce is a little sweet. I loved the crust and the cheese. I like that they used real sausage chunks. Great service, good price. I'd recommend

I love Pizza Cellar! I have been going here since I was a kid and I have never once noticed a change in recipes like other places like to do to “change things up.” Pizza Cellar pizza has great flavor and it’s by far a favorite of mine. It’s family fun and definitely worth supporting! They have a variety of other things on the menu as well.

Food was great! Had Italian beefs. Long big sandwich with A LOT of meat on it. Big cup of sauce to dip it in. Service wasn't too good however. We waited 10-15 minutes just to get noticed for them to take our order. They took it and waited a bit for the food. THEN, had to get her attention to get our check. Just glad we didn't need refills. Good thing the food was delicious

Was in here a couple weeks ago with my good friends John and Colleen Dodd. Absolutely the Best pizza I've had in years. Incredibly Delicious. Wish it was closer to Joliet, I'd be there every day!!

I called tonight to order for my family. I asked if they had regular burgers on regular buns bc their burger is long and served on a long roll and I was ordering for my child so just wondered if maybe it was a kid menu item. the lady who was taking my order didn't know so I could hear her asking another woman in the background... the woman in the background said (very snotty and rude) " no I don't carry regular buns so that's a no... tell them to call McDonald's" ..I replied
" wow that was extremely rude! I heard what she just said, I'll call elsewhere"
... treating a customer that way for a simple yes or no answer was uncalled for.. I was just asking..i would have ordered my kid something else..sheesh!! rude as hell
