Probably the most disgusting taco pizza I’ve ever eaten! No flavor and just gross! Will not be revisiting here. Burnt and plain tasting. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all!

We ordered garlic cheese bread. When the waitress brought it out to our table. We noticed a horrible smell! The cheese was rotten. I told the waitress about it. She said she couldn't smell it. So I took it up to the window. The lady in the back took one smell. She told us sorry. We didn't go back for 3 months! So we decided to give it a try again. We sat down ordered our food. A large pizza and 2 glasses of water. We sat there for a hour and 15 minutes. I flagged down the waitress for a refill. Because our drinks had been empty for over a half hr! And asked how much longer on the pizza? She told us 3 to 4 min. I said OK. She comes back with our drinks 5 min later. Then she tells us it will be another 15 min on the pizza! We got up and walked out! Never again! Horrible service and the staff are very rude!

We have been loyal customers of the Pizza Cellar for years. When we order carry out, the food is great and we have no problems. But lately, when we dine in at the restaurant, we have had lots of issues. Firstly, when we arrive, it takes quite a long time for anyone to come to our table to even get our drinks. Then after we do order, on more than one occasion we have sat and waited an hour/hour and a half for our food. All we order is pasta and pizza, so definitely should not take that long. In the meantime, no one comes to refill drinks or check on us to let us know what's taking so long. Then, again on more than one occasion, our food has been cold or our order is wrong when we finally do get it. You'd think after over an hour, our food would be correct or at least hot. Lastly, our service hasn't been good. Our server is rude, not personable, and never comes to check on us after we get our food. We have to go up to the counter to tell them our food is wrong and also at the end to get our own boxes and check. Not impressed with dine in lately. Avoid it if you can and just get carry out!

Ordered pizza….amazing as always to say the least. Anyway, delivery boy, delivered to Tiskilwa tonight about 5:15pm. My dumb ciusin hands him a $26 tio (story for another day). Now this delivery boy is young…. Teenager…. Comes back a couple minutes later beating on the window, wide eyed…. “Do you guys realize you have me a $26 tip??” Instantly I was so impressed by his honesty. You don’t see that much in young kids nowadays. Kudos to his mom, dad, whoever raised this young man…. And kudos to pizza cellar for not only have great pizza, but great staff. I never do reviews, but this young man could not go without recognition. You’re a good person kid!! Keep it up.

Used to love going here. Just got the Italian beef, garlic bread with cheese and popcorn chicken and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The Italian beef was so dry, the garlic bread with cheese had no cheese on it, just a huge puddle melted underneath, and the popcorn chicken has been changed, it now resembles the frozen stuff from the grocery store. The cheese sauce I loved has also been changed to a nacho cheese sauce. If it isn’t broke don’t fix it! Not sure why they changed these things but I would change them back asap. Also while picking up my order I was graced with a waitress walking out of the kitchen saying “They said their pizza was too greasy, like whatever”, which brings me to not want to mention my horrible experience to them since it would be handled similar I’m sure. Don’t think I will be returning.
