All info says open till 9:00pm. Nothing I can find says lobby closes earlier. Got to Princeton location at 8:35pm. Open sign on. Door locked. Knocked. Was ignored. Called. When they finally answered the phone I was told the lobby was closed. Looks like I’m not the first that thinks that’s lousy. I wasn’t even going to eat in. Are they too lazy to serve inside the last hour? Drove away and went to Jimmy John’s. Kind of hope between Jimmy John’s, and Jersey Mike’s when they open, the competition will make them improve the service. If not wonder what will happen to Subway sales? Clearly I was wrong to bother driving in that direction for my food.

Lazy staff, close an hour early. Nothing like finishing a 500 mile road trip, seeing there's a subway right next to your hotel to only get there and they are closed early because the staff is lazy and wants to leave right at 9 so they close at 8.

Shows that they are open until 10 show up at 9 and get told they are closed by the workers. Pretty dissatisfied with this as there were other cars in the lot at the time and one that went through the drive as I pulled in.

They had no unsweetened or flavored iced tea, no coke products. I paid 2.99 for a bottle of water and the wrap was nasty, I threw it away. It cost $17.00 for the wrap and the water.
I tried to go to drive thru 55 minutes before closing and no one answered so I pulled around to window and employees were focused more on closing and putting things away
Very kind staff, the ladies were super awesome, the environment was very chill with great customer service. My food was handled well. Ladies our sandwiches were so delicious I truly appreciate getting serviced good food..
