The Library Café

This is a beautiful library with a cafe in a large foyer right at the front door. *Great* coffee, speedy service, very pleasant atmosphere with lots of windows and a beautiful outside flower garden. Indoor and outdoor seating. They offer coffees and two kinds of homemade cookies for sale. No other food that we noticed at 10 am on a weekday. The library has posted a welcome sign for all people of any race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc. As cross country travelers we felt very welcomed.

First off, how cool is it that this cafe is adjoining a public library? What a great idea. Add to that that it’s open a few hrs before the library, a quiet chill space, and the espresso drinks are actually great, and this place is awesome. The chai was perfectly spicy and not too sweet. The woman at the counter couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Amazingly, they even make their own in house cookies—which are delicious. We had a warm chocolate chip one. One of our most surprisingly satisfying pit stops on a long road trip.

Absolutely love every visit that I’ve had here. Whether coffee, tea, or blended, you can’t go wrong! Dave is delightful to speak with and knowledgeable and everything offered and the drinks can’t be beat. If you’re looking to support the community and get a great start or pick me up for your day, look no further. This Cafe has you covered!

PPL (Princeton Public Library) cafe is a fone spot to have a latte or cup of tea and work on your computer or read a book. It is bright, sunshiny, and quiet. Dpend and hour here and you will find your zen.

Love the coffee here! I recommend it to everyone! It is very clean.

I love this place. I'm on a first name basis with all of the Barista's and they usually have ny drink started when I walk in. Best coffee in town.

Great coffee, great staff & friendly. I've never left here unhappy! Coming from NOLA where coffee shops were abundant it's nice to find a place in Illinois where I can get my caffeine fix dressed up
