If I could give more stars, I would. This Wendy's has given me nothing but great food and great service. I always want my food hot, and they have not disappointed. The people who work here, which are mostly younger people, are very responsible, yet polite. If I have anything to complain about, it has been taking months for the dining room to get renovated and the contractor has been dragging his feet. However, this is no reflection on the workers. They do their best to satisfy their customers. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this.

I ordered our food on website for pick up we waited at least 10 minutes in drive thru potatoes barely warm ordered my sons breakfast sandwich without cheese because he’s lactose intolerant well it came with cheese I call when we get home they refused to remake it tells me to come back another day yet only been 10 minutes later don’t waste your money here their ignorant especially if you have food allergies

Had an issue here a couple months ago, they fixed it. Mailed me a gift card. When we came back through again, we ordered from there and the food & service was 👍👍👍👍👍

I'm fairly disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered 2 crispy chickens, no modifications, and received 1 tiny bitter wilted leaf of lettuce as well as little to no mayonnaise on both of them. We also ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers plain and the patties were very dry. I feel bad for leaving a negative google review however I was not given a receipt so I could contact through the website.

As a regular purchaser of Wendy’s chili, I was extremely disappointed yesterday with my chili order, it was like water and tasteless. We call the unit about it and they informed us that they were told they had to hydrate the chili more. I understand when the chili is too thick to add a little water, but it was way to much water added. If this is how it is going to be, we won’t be ordering it anymore. Very disappointed.

Awful. I'm usually pretty understanding, but the walls were filthy. The ceiling was covered in black mold. More than half of the booths were splintered and broken. The staff didn't wear gloves handling food. There was hair on my toddler's nuggets. Half my lettuce was rotten. And the chili was burnt. I'm honestly surprised they've not been dinged for health code violations.

When we got there it looked like it was straight from the 1970s and hasn't been renovated since. It honestly looked "ghetto" as some would say. Fries were okay. Chicken sandwich was meh. The only thing that was relatively okay about this place was the fancy drink machine. Honestly it wasn't too busy. But I didn't get the ranch I asked for on my sandwich and no napkins were in the bag. If you want something quick to eat on the way to somewhere, I would say please go somewhere else other than this place.

Make sure you receive all of your orders and check the receipt. We only received part of our order and went pack and only received part of what they forgot.
