Most of the staff is friendly and the food is usually good. However, there is a male cashier with dyed blond-ish hair who is very rude and has a terrible attitude. He doesn't greet you; he just stares at you. Honestly, he ruins the entire atmosphere.

Your Team Member Temo is excellent! He had awesome customer service, was knowledgeable about the drinks and helped me pick one out. I think he deserves a raise to be honest. 5 stars. Oh and my choice tasted great. I'll frequent this location now just because of his service.

Went in this morning to grab breakfast, it was around 8:30am, the service was very slow. For a Dunkin, the whole thing took way too long. Third in line and I ordered one bagel and I must have been in there for 15 mins. The bagel had barely any cream cheese on it and this is the second time this happened. Thank you for charging me $4.10 for a toasted bagel.

Terrible customer service. No greeting or May I help you. The staff stares at you as if they are doing you a favor. I ordered a coffee with cream and Splenda and a bagel with veggie cream cheese.My bagel barely had any cream cheese. I had to give it back to her for a decent amount. My coffee came and I checked the label that said cream and Splenda.I left and when I got back to my destination my coffee was black. One hour later I returned the coffee and the staff member just looked at me like “what’s the problem” she gave me another coffee with a stare like happy now? I asked her for an apology since I had to come back wasting time from someone who clearly don’t care about doing their job. She finally said sorry. This may not be much, but to communicate with people who just look at you with ambivalence and apathy who are there to serve you is aggravating.

I ordered delivery from this location. Now i know full well it was not the grub hub driver that messed up my order, but the store. I provided a picture to show they did not get the order correct. yes 4/6 were correct. the 2 that should have just been chocolate frosted had sprinkles, try explaining that to a little one waiting for something else that was ordered.

Been coming there for 2 years and they never make my order well . They rather forget or somites they got the pink slip laying on the desk somwere without even remembering to make it. They have this Mexican girl working that speaks no English with a scar on face . So mean looking and she seems to always mess up my order

Service was excellent. Line was a little long though do to proximity to high school. There was no seating. Wish there were some tables outside this establishment.

Terrible. —-Gave me a TAMPERED sandwich that a customer returned and lied to my face when I asked if this was the sandwich that man just returned—I ordered two iced coffees and a bagel egg sandwich, five~ people ordered after me, I got one iced drink then I sat and waited for everything else.A man even comes back in with his order and says that his sandwich was a bagel sandwich and he asked for a croissant.((I’m guessing this was my bagel sandwich that they gave that man-no they didn’t call it out they personally handed it to him))anyway they made him the croissant sandwich and put the other bag aside-did not throw it out…-15 minutes go by as I’m watching everybody else get their sandwiches and coffees and I’m Still waiting for the rest of my order before a girl notices and asks me what else am I waiting for, I show her my receipt and tel her I’m still missing the blueberry coconut iced coffee and my bagel sandwich. She asks her coworker “this is bagel right?” (Referring to the product that the man had returned that I mentioned previously) coworker says “Yes” she proceeds to give me the returned sandwich, I ask her “…is this the sandwich that guy just returned?” She looks me straight in the eye and says “no :)”. She lied to my face, and both workers were okay with giving a customer a tampered product. Literally so disgusting!!! I was so disappointed and disgusted with them.The ONLY reason I didn’t call them out then and there was because i needed to get to work because by that time I had already wasted 20 minutes there.I strongly recommend you do not buy food at this location seeing how ok they are with giving people food that a stranger had tampered with.
