Permanently closed and we see people trying to go through the drive through all the time. Surely the owner of the property can put something up to let people know it’s closed down.

I ordered 3 dozens initially and the cashier lady said they only have half-dozen boxes. So I changed my order to 5 half dozens. My bill came out to $49 and change. I thought it was a little pricey for Dunkin donuts but left because I had to go somewhere else. My husband pointed out the price was way too much and we went back 10 minutes later to check with her. She then said she didn’t do anything wrong because she charged me for 3 dozens and that was my original order. She said I paid $7 more for 5 half-dozens and “personally I think $7 is nothing. I didn’t do anything wrong.” Can you believe what she said? She kept insisting she didn’t do anything wrong but finally shut up when I took out my phone and asked her if she wanted to viral on Instagram. The owners refunded me $7 plus tax, but I was not happy at all about having to argue with her in the first place. No one should be overcharged even a penny by mistake. She should have apologized. They should train the employees properly. What a way to ruin my morning!

I ordered a pesto sandwich and it was all done horribly wrong when I opened it, it was dripping and and not even toasted and it was all over the place this was really disappointing! I tried to call and the number on the web was not even in service!

My favorite coffee but it is the staff at this location that gets the 5 star review. A friendly crew working the day after Thanksgiving who offered a lick of whipped cream for our dog Scout waiting patiently as we enjoyed our coffee and donut. After posting, I looked at some of the reviews that were not as positive. I have to believe this location is under new management as it was a great experience.

Place where you can only get a bad customer service.Very rude team that mishandled my order and at the end called me in Spanish "Stupida" in front of my kids and customers. Only Spanish speakers get a nice service as far as I witnessed. When I asked for the team member name she resisted to share it and she had no name tag. Also, both restrooms were out of order for the past three weeks so We we're not able to wash our hand, no sanitizer. This is a place that I am not sure how they handle the Covid protection of their customers

They don't know their donuts! I asked for 2 chocolate frosted CAKE and they gave me chocolate "regular"! The funniest part is that for my 3rd donut, I did order a chocolate regular and he (tall guy with glasses) after staring at all the donuts for a long time, he said he didn't have any regular ones! So he asked me to pick something else, but when I got home it turned out the cake ones were NOT...they were regular!I mean, they didn't go to waste but that's besides the point. How do you run one of these places without knowing the VERY basics??!!Besides that I also noticed a couple things that have to do with hygiene, but I know it probably won't bother most people, but with COVID (and now monkeypox) I notice theses "little" things more. For example, he sticks his hand (that just handled cash) in the clean bag to open it and put the donuts in it and there was another thing but I don't want to sound too OCD...lol!(And btw...to open a bag without putting your hand in it, you grab one of the edges from the middle and swing it down with a little force and it opens!)

The most horrendous business on earth. Rude and always wrong orders. The staff hate everybody. They look at you as if you inconvenienced them with your business. This store should never stay open. I feel sorry for anyone who visits this establishment. Completely hideous.

I normally dont post reviews, but after a coffee i was looking forward to turned out awful its a must. This location seems to not care about what their customers order. You would think with how costly their coffee is they would do better. Each time I go through their drive thru, the order always turns out wrong esp for the cofee. I'm not sure if it's because the speaker is somewhat not working or they just don't care. My sandwiches come out wrong, my coffee comes out wrong. Like pat attention and give your customers what they ordered. I've had to stop on numerous occasions to walk back and have them remake the order to what I initially ordered. The sandwich in the pic was supposed to be a sweet black pepper sandwich. It was just a egg and cheese.

My coffee is ALWAYS WRONG!! So frustrating how they can’t differentiate regular and SWIRL flavors and when they do it’s not full pumps. It’s not just this location, it’s several in the N burb area.
