I pulled into the drive-thru at approximately 1:05pm and placed my order for 1 chicken tender plate! I waited...and I waited...and I waited...and I waited! I didn't receive my order until 1:42pm!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? FOR 3 CHICKEN TENDERS!!?? It's not like the place was slammed with customers! I was the ONLY CAR in the drive-thru and the parking lot wasn't very full!! Mind you, this was my FIRST VISIT to Fry The Coop!! You know what they say about how you "never get a second chance to make a good FIRST IMPRESSION"!!! Well I think you really blew it on this one Fry The Coop!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE 😤 So disgusted and angry about the waited time that I couldn't even enjoy the food...even if it WAS good. WAY TO DROP THE BALL!!! That was a lot of money spent to be PISSED OFF and UNSATISFIED!!!

Just amazing!! I’m truly fascinated by the flavor and the taste of chicken. It’s really top-notch. It is so much better than the competitive chains because they serve you a chicken that is really good quality in with tremendous amount of seasoning. I highly recommend going with the mild and trying all the sauces, hands-down the coop sauce is my favorite. The fries are totally different game. How do you recommend it! Give it a shot and you’ll be addicted.

I pulled in the parking lot saw that I was the only vehicle in the entire parking lot whatsoever around lunchtime, which made me very suspicious so I decided anyway to go place an order and then pulled around through a drive-through and sat there for almost 15 minutes before I said, screw it and left I won’t be coming back horrible service

To say that this is better than raising canes, is the understatement of the year. It’s not even close. The tenders and fries cooked in tallow is heavenly. And the coop sauce is even better.

I was excited to try Fry the Coop for the first time, but I left seriously disappointed. I ordered a regular sandwich, but when I opened it, the piece of chicken was ridiculously small—way smaller than what my two friends got.. I even asked the staff if I had mistakenly ordered a smaller size, but they confirmed it was a regular. Seeing the difference between mine and my friends’ sandwiches was frustrating, and honestly, it felt like a rip-off. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Food was subpar at best. Chicken although looked and smelled amazing the flavor did not meet my expectations. Chicken was bland and there was hardly any bite in the spice. The cold slaw taste like they just slapped Mayo and some salt and was half assed mixed it. The best part of that meal was the white bread, the ranch and the honey mustard. As far as the fries go they were soggy and, again, bland. Not even the sauce helped the fries as they helped the chicken.

All the food we ordered was cold! People here dont know how to temperature chicken right. Dissapointed will not come back.
