Fry the Coop (Prospect Heights)

Expensive. 4 people $75. I wasn't greeted when I walked in so I used the terminal to order. The system asked me for my phone number and email and said I would get a text when my food was ready and estimated 9 minutes. The best part was the terminal asking if I wanted to tip. Tip who, the girl who didn't say hello or the cooks? It's absurd to ask for a tip from a kiosk where I place the order and pay.

I went out to my car to kill a little time and realized I'd been waiting for 18 minutes, so I went back in to find out that my food had been ready for some time.

The Nashville chicken sandwich was good, if not a bit overcooked. Seasoned fries were tasty, albeit soggy by the time I got them.

I wish this business well, but I don't know if I'll be back.

While the sandwiches were good, the lack of sauce was ridiculous. When we asked for more, of course it costs extra. There was barely any sauce on the sandwich to begin with. Places like this are intentionally cutting corners to force consumers to pay even more. On top of this, the girl working the counter was extremely rude and couldn’t care less that she’s actually at work.

First time trying this place (Only cause my fiance said that she wanted to try this place for the longest, and it was her turn to pick dinner for tonight), and honestly, this place did NOT disappoint!

The chicken tenders were not only HUGE, but also super delicious! The Nashville Spicy Chicken Sandwich was also delicious! For the price, it is definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

P.S., the decor in the restaurant looks really cozy to sit down with friends and family.

I dreamt of this place so often that when I was back in Chicagoland from Indy I made a trip here and the food was mad disappointing. Chicken dry, still terrible service, was not worth my hype.

Food is so damn good, but dang the customer experience is kinda lacking any politeness. Ah well, not gonna stop coming.

Chicken so hot I cried...Crazy is a fight, but Insanity is insane.

Fry the Coop as a corporation deserves to go out or business permanently. Over the years they continue to get more expensive for less food and quality. Just found out I can no longer substitute my cole slaw for a different side on an upcharge? I was willing to pay a few bucks for the swap, they took away everything that's made this company special when they first arrived. Very pathetic how cheap the company is.

Good customer service. Great quality chicken and fries. What else could you want? 10/10

Went here for lunch earlier and I ordered the Nashville sandwiche and was pleasantly surprised that it was about $11. Well I ended paying $20 which is outrageous just for a small order of fries and a medium drink. Plus, the chicken here is so heavily processed I got heart palpitations when I got home. Never returning.

Just got off the road at our hotel and saw this place next door. Website y amazing and they did not let down. Quiet time of day here n a holiday and the food was all amazing! Limited edition Pipeworks beer to boot! Love it! Thanks for the fuel up.
