I ordered online and was never notified that my pizza was ready after waiting for over 55 minutes. And on top of that when i opened the pizza box at home i found that one pizza had a butter cup that was opened and spilled all over inside and the other pizza was missing butter cup all together. I will not return to this store.
I often have to wait 5-10 minutes when I come to pick up my order at Papa John's.

Employees are top level. Highly recommend
Generally decent if you pick it up (versus delivery)... But it just burned down along with a few other businesses there. So they're closed.
Kid-friendliness: Kids like it. It's better than Little Cesar's and about the same price, with coupons. Do the 2 or more for $6.99 each medium topping deal and it tastes much better.

Pizzas are always undercooked. They don't listen. All the time i ask them to make it well done and all the time pizza are uncooked. There is always raw dough and unmelted cheese. When i complain they say they have too many orders and this the best they can do.
