Papa Johns Pizza

This was my first time going to Papa Johns. I had a positive experience. The clerk was friendly and fast. Tge food was good & hot.

The worst pizza that I had. I ordered Onions, Mushroom, Green peppers, Pepperoni and sausage. Vegetables almost wasn't there. My mushrooms were not visible and I couldn't even taste them because they weren't sliced but it looks like they where used in the chopper. Few onions and green peppers you can see on the pictures that you almost couldn't see it.
No more for me. A frozen pizza is better then this pizza.

9/14/2025 between 7:30-8:00pm - After checking our order was ready from the app, I came in the store to pick up our food. Cashier/manager took 7 minutes to ask for our name for pick up, and when I told him the name for the order, he didn't respond. After another 10 min of passive waiting, I asked him how long will it take for the order, then he made eye contact and completely ignored me. We were in the store for 25 minutes.

Waiting is okay but ignoring your customer when asked question is extremely rude. We'll be ordering pizza from elsewhere from now on.

Guy was nice but unfortunately the food was a complete let down. Bland and almost exactly like dominos but worse. I gave papa John's a try since i was comparing the two. The food I got here had a hair in it. The pizza and wings looked spongey. I'm local to the area and this is a new location to so I wouldn't risk your money.

I ordered online and was never notified that my pizza was ready after waiting for over 55 minutes. And on top of that when i opened the pizza box at home i found that one pizza had a butter cup that was opened and spilled all over inside and the other pizza was missing butter cup all together. I will not return to this store.

I often have to wait 5-10 minutes when I come to pick up my order at Papa John's.

Pizza was ok but horrible delivery 😫. Someone dropped the pizza on the porch without any notification. We got it cold 🥶

The works crust was too wide, looks like trying to save ingredients. Taste was great as the works should be.
