It's better than Little Cesar's and about the same price, with coupons. Do the 2 or more for $6.99 each medium topping deal and it tastes much better.

Very poor customer service! after waiting for 1 hour and a half we called the store and the manager told us that someone attempted to delivered, which is a complete lies, we are standing on front of our house watering our grass and waiting for our order. instead of saying sorry, the manager said that we , lie and order was cancelled. Never order from this location if you don't want to stay hungry

Pizzas are always undercooked. They don't listen. All the time i ask them to make it well done and all the time pizza are uncooked. There is always raw dough and unmelted cheese. When i complain they say they have too many orders and this the best they can do.

For pizza small chains this is our favorite. They normally alter their menu introducing new choices which is great. We tried the Doritos papadilla and it was good but the crust was overdone. Their special pizza which was anticipated came out not at all what we were expecting which was disappointing. But I love their cheeseburger pizza. I wish it was just available all the time. I think their cheese stuffed crust one of the better. This is a great chain when you craving pizzas affordable. Thank you for that!

I practically order this every week. My favourite meal to get is a pie cut cheese pizza with extra cheese, extra cheese, and extra cheese with a side of garlic sauce. I also like cookie :D

Incompetent manager and workers. Ordered online for delivery, waited over an HOUR before I called the store about my order as it just sat at “preparing” for most of that time. After I called I was told “delivery was canceled”. Not only should the manager pay attention to that and reach out to someone who ordered but should also offer a resolution or figure the delivery out not only say “I can cancel it”. If I didn’t call I could be waiting all day for an order that would have never been delivered and my money would have been wasted for the incompetence of being unable to manage and communicate with a customer. And to papa John’s themselves, don’t offer a delivery service if it is not going to be executed or communicated correctly. Fix your staff
Ordered pizza online, it said it would take 24 min. Apparently something is wrong with the online system and it wasn't giving the correct time. It took 2 hours to get the order. I just wish they had been transparent about the real delivery time. I would have either gone somewhere else or picked it up myself. I am 6 months pregnant, not cool to mess with a hungry pregnant lady like that. When I called the manager did apologize and was polite. I was willing to over look the mistake, and would have let it go. But when we got the pizza it was cold and smashed. I just laughed in disbelief when I got it. I will acknowledge that they were very busy, it was halloween. I also feel this is not the fault of the employees at the actual store. This is an issue with the system/process and out sourcing your deliveries to door dash and not people who know how to deliver pizza. This just isn't acceptable. How does such a large corporation not have their stuff together???

I ordered a pizza here recently..they marked my order like delivered even 15 minutes before it was actually delivered to my home...And the Pizza was very cold, not baked well, too much of jalapeno, and there was not much of original sauce in it even though I asked for extra..it tasted very bad too...I would never order from here again ever...

This place is definitely trash customer service doesn’t apply to this location they do not have customer services skills from the staff who answer the calls to drivers to damn near management. They are 8 min away from my & I had to wait a whole hour for my order I called & spoke to the manager who was obnoxiously rude with no manners whatsoever who keep lying about my order being in my way when it wasn’t when it finally was brought to me it was cold & nasty DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY at this location

Papa John's advertises a fluffy crust and indeed their crust is nice and fluffy. Plenty of cheese. A little skimpy on the toppings. Marinara sauce is bland. I also ordered some garlic knots and they were still impressively hot when they arrived. They were soft but didn't have nearly enough garlic flavoring.
