I'd give this place 1 more star but on multiple occasions they have forgotten items in my orders. Always make sure you check inside your bags for everything that you ordered! That goes for employees and customers! Other than that, good wings! 👍🏽

I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The wings we received were undercooked, soggy, and visibly bloody. Unfortunately, we had already eaten some before realizing the chicken was not fully cooked, which is a serious food safety concern.We brought the wings back to the store three separate times to request a full refund and explained that the food was unsafe to eat. Management refused to issue a full refund, stating that the wings were still consumable, despite the visible blood and poor texture. Even one of the employees stated that they personally would not eat the wings because of how gross and unsafe they looked. This situation was handled very poorly. Serving undercooked chicken and refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. I hope this location takes food safety and customer concerns more seriously in the future.

Terrible customer service. My order was incorrect. I called to contact manager on site she told me she would call me back in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes passed I followed up to get an update on a solution for my order. She said “Im very busy I don’t have time to deal with you I will call you in 30 minutes” then proceeded to hang up on me mid sentence.
No distinct resolution was discussed over the phone. I’ve never had worse customer service in my life.

Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.
