you really need to get more efficient staff on the weekends, 45 minutes to move 5 cars in one lane is ridiculous. it's not just one instance either. it's every weekend!

Kid-friendliness: They have whipped cream kids cups and decorate with sprinkles at no cost. Super fun for the littles
I have to give this group of young ladies a HUGE Thank you. My car stalled in the drive thru, due to not obtaing the key fob when I dropped a family member off for an appointment. Luckily when I was able to retrieve the key a sweet customer gave me a ride back. I am from out of town and here visiting. I love coffe and always seek out locally owned shops. Carters will forever be my go to when I visit. The service and empathy they showed during such an embarrassing moment was so comforting and helped turn around what felt like a bad day.

The drinks are fine but maybe you guys would benefit from a better design drive thru! I’d like to meet the bright and incredible mind that made it so you can’t tell where the drive thru lanes start and end.
