I am fed up with this place. Very poor customer service!!! This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my order for bagels for a holiday gathering. I placed an order 8 days ago and when I arrived to pick it up was told that they didn't have all the bagels, specifically the everything and chocolate chip ones, I ordered because of "supply chain" problems and had to substitute other bagels without bothering to call me and ask what I wanted instead. This smaller location on the main road has limited seating and a shared parking lot. It's a well-managed chain with quality sandwiches and soups, making it a reliable choice for a satisfying meal. The building is very clean and well kept, with friendly and helpful employees, and the Sip Club is fantastic.
