“The prices are ridiculous. Now that I got that off my chest, I go there because the food and atmosphere is great. My kids and I love going there for lunch on the weekends. I also have the utmost respect for the family that owns this place and want to help support their businesses.“
“I am fed up with this place. Very poor customer service!!! This is the 3rd time they have screwed up my order for bagels for a holiday gathering. I placed an order 8 days ago and when I arrived to pick it up was told that they didn't have all the bagels, specifically the everything and chocolate chip ones, I ordered because of "supply chain" problems and had to substitute other bagels without bothering to call me and ask what I wanted instead. Meanwhile, the pickup order next to mine on the counter had everything bagels listed on their order. So apparently she just lied to my face. I had called yesterday to add 2 blueberry bagels to my existing order only to be told today that they don't have any more bagels at all. Apparently they don't have any concept of how to plan ahead to be able to fulfill existing orders prior to selling all their product to walk-ins. Don't bother ordering ahead, they won't have what you ordered anyway. And I just checked my order. Not only did they do all of the above but they also shorted me a bagel. So I paid for 18 and only got 17, 7 of which were not what I ordered! Inexcusable! Beyond annoyed! I'm done!“
“Sushi is always good. Stick with take-out sushi, then you can ignore all the issues with the place.My other half and I have deemed the salads "wet lettuce." That's all it is, wet lettuce and watery salad dressing.They leave the previous person's food on the fork so you can sample it before you even open the menu! Imagine my surprise when I went to eat my salad and there was already food on the fork-what luck!Fuji has a bad reputation because a few years ago, someone posted pictures of roaches on the table. It was legit. I doubt much has changed.The booth benches are broken. You sink down to the ground. The tables are normal height, so you'll feel like a toddler trying to eat at the grown-up table.It feels old and dingy. For years, they had ripped leather couches for you to sit on while you waited for a table. The boards in the couch were broken. I'm not sure what motivated Fuji to remove the frat house party couches, but alas, they are gone.Service has always been prompt and reliable.“
“Customer service was excellent. Two weeks in a row we have gone there for late supper. Grandsons played hockey so we didn’t arrive til 8pm….and we had a group of 8 one week and 11 this week. Got there at 8 and we were able to eat. Only 2 people were working and we were very pleased with our service. The girl at the counter was super pleasant and very friendly. Food was good and hot as well. Thumbs up to you for a job well done. We thank you for your friendly service and good food. We will be back!!“
