Customer service was excellent. Two weeks in a row we have gone there for late supper. Grandsons played hockey so we didn’t arrive til 8pm….and we had a group of 8 one week and 11 this week. Got there at 8 and we were able to eat. Only 2 people were working and we were very pleased with our service. The girl at the counter was super pleasant and very friendly. Food was good and hot as well. Thumbs up to you for a job well done. We thank you for your friendly service and good...read full review

McAlister's Deli is a popular eatery known for its friendly and kind staff. Despite being short-staffed, the team works together to ensure customers receive their meals promptly. The place is clean and has a convenient location just off the highway. Food is fresh and tasty, with a variety of options including sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts. The Mac and cheese makes for a great side, while the king club lives up to its name. Although prices may be slightly higher than fast food, the quality is worth the extra cost. There are also vegetarian options available, such as a vegetarian baked potato, and the restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible. The outdoor seating offers a nice breeze, making it pleasant even in the midwestern heat and humidity.
