My wife and I were going to eat here tonight, but we've changed our minds.
Just this year alone, there are too many negative reviews, some within the last 2 months. Further, my brother used to eat here about once a week, but not anymore.
Your replies to the negative reviews are always positive and upbeat, but negative experiences continue to happen.
So we're apprehensive about coming here.

Great service! Excellent lunch!
Long wait to be seated, for them to take our order and then the wings were overcooked and fries were cold. This wasn’t the first time, thought we’d give them another try. This will be the last time.
