“Tonight I came in with a group of 6 people ages ranging from 2 to 56 and we all had a WONDERFUL experience. Shanell(I'm not sure im spelling her name right) went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating to us and customer service goes such a long way! Tonight they had some broken machines so I couldn't get what I wanted and they ran out of waffle cones which is what my husband wanted but they compensated for these inconveniences. I will return simply based on the fact that we had the best customer service!“
