They do not listen.
I love Dunkin’ Donuts, it’s always good and me and my kids love donuts… with that being said….. THIS Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. They do not put the customer first at all. I have taken a while to write this after many many issues with Dunkin but today was just the last straw. I went in this morning to get DONUTS. At Dunkin', the service can sometimes be slow, but it's worth the wait. The iced coffee might be a bit weak, but adding a shot of espresso can solve that problem. Some staff members may seem undertrained and overwhelmed, lacking in communication and efficiency. Despite the occasional issues with accuracy and presentation, the food tastes good. Overall, Dunkin' could improve with better training and management to provide a more positive customer experience.
