Barely any meat in my "Ultimate Porker" sandwich for $8, sandwich was hardly fresh. ? The portions have been inconsistent for a while now. I shouldn't be tasting 70% tomato when I'm eating that sandwich. Making these sandwiches isn't rocket science. ? Sad to see this store going downhill like it has the past several months. I order from here rather often but I won't be any longer.

We ordered from 18th an Broadway around 1:30ish the staff was doing more talking then focusing on customers and making food I ordered $50 worth of food that all my sandwiches came with literally one I mean one slice of meat barley any condiments. I'm literally having to eat a Bear naked sandwich. ?

Usually they are pretty fast picking up the phone and delivering, but the last two times I had called for 30 minutes before someone answered their phone. My coworker got tired of calling for 20 mins and just went there and she said no one was there and the phone wasn’t ringing. I tried for over an hour and no one would answer. There is no reason to not answer your phone for over an hour. After an 30 mins I gave up, it I kept calling to see how long it would take to pickup there phone. An hour and half is how long. Too long for me and for sure lost my business for that day. Hopefully next time it will be better

Horrible they only had one cheese to offer they had the soda fountain faucet off and the didn’t close till 10 and it was only 8 so idk why they had them off and I went to go fill up my cup and the soda got all over my new jacket and subway has a lot more to offer and the sandwich aren’t that good me and my dads favorite part was the chips
