Jimmy John's offers tasty subs like #7 and #9, but the in-house experience has some issues. The location is hard to access, and staff sometimes seem distracted, with some employees using cell phones and not following proper hygiene, such as wearing gloves. Despite the good food, cleanliness and service consistency could improve.
