Over 20 minute wait time for cold food and the ENTIRE place was disgusting. No one that worked there including the manager was friendly or apologized for anything. We even had to clean our own table. It was so disgusting that we couldn’t even let our kids play in the PlayPlace.
Service at this McDonald’s is on the decline especially when using the drive thru. We have sat in the drive thru for 10 mins to never be acknowledged. This morning as cars were having orders taken my lane continued to not be acknowledged. I said “Hello” into the speaker only to be returned with a response of “Goodbye”. This McDonald’s has lost my business!
Not the location at 3200 Broadway, I feel that if they were busy someone should have at least acknowledge we were there. I felt invisible. I don’t mind waiting if they are busy but let the customer know that you see them and will be with them shortly
…or something.
