I changed my previous 5 Stars to 1 star and I wish I can give half star, I ordered a pizza and your employee messed up my pizza and cooked it on the wrong crust, they asked me if I need credit or remake the pizza, I answered that I will take credit for my next purchase, kept my receipt and when I tried to order and called them to say that I have credit they said I have nothing on file, and refused to fix their problem. You messed up first when making the pizza and you messed up again by mot applying credit to my account. You chose to lose a customer over some crust and that shows who you are. Never eating there again in my life, not recommended at all.

Ordered a PP and a mess of messy wings and guess what? I'm out of paper towels so I figured they would have sent me napkins after handing the driver 25 bucks on a 17 dollar order, NO FUKN NAPKINS!! NOT EVEN ONE!! Icalled and the person on the phone says I have to ASK for them! Are you that fukn cheap you couldnt just assume I might need a few fukn napkins Pizza hut??? WTF???

Said the place was open online and posted on door. Door was locked, employees walking by and no one came to unlock to inform us hours were different. We were looking forward to trying the pizza here.

The crew are fantastic from the manager on down. They're attentive, and they treat all of the customers like they're our best friends. No, really. We sit there sometimes & watch them go by, stop at a table, laugh before heading back to the counter. Our drinks are always topped without us having to ask. Not only that, but we've gone in enough that when they see us pull up, they put our drinks on the table. The food is great - we've eaten buffet and take out - it's always hot, especially love the pan pizza

My FAVORITE pizza place! Carrie p is the manager and her positive spirit is very contagious! She runs a great place. The meat lovers with extra cheese is top notch!!!! I just can’t order anything different. My hubby gets personal pan supreme and we share chees sticks with extra cheese too!

We ordered the pizza box deal for $20 for work. The three boxes didn't come in the big stacker box that they have on their commercial and they didn't cut the cheese sticks either.

Order online. Got the order and one of the pizzas was raw. I called and explained what happened and they said they would replace my pizza and get it right out to us. A hour and a half went by still no pizza. I called back and they told me the person that I had talk to about my pizza being raw had got distracted and forgot to put it in. I ask for a refund and they told me I would have to bring the pizza back to them. I did and still didn’t get a refund. I would not order from this place. Apparently them getting distracted is more important than satisfying your customers.
Wow! What an experience! We dined in, right after the Lunch Buffet. So, we weren't even sure it this business was open. Only a few cars in the parking lot, we didn't see any lights until we got closer. We decided to go ahead and try it because we don't have a Pizza Hut back home. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door. The dining room was open so we could pick anywhere to sit. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, along with a Large Pizza, and a online bundle box with the personal pan pizza and 4 boneless chicken wings/chunks. Oh, a Garlic Pizza Bread too. Our waitress was super friendly, funny and just gave us a 10 ☆ service. Our drinks never went dry. She checked on us a few times. 45 minutes from walking in and walking out. Not bad timing at all. Everything was fresh and delicious! Such a wonderful time! The facility was clean, the restrooms were clean and well stocked. This is probably one of our favorite pizza places in Quincy, all employees were all smiles and friendly. Thank you for making our dining experience so fun!

Ruined a family tradition. We were going every Sunday. Pizza is sometimes under cooked, so I had to send it back. Employees yelling in the back is loud and ridiculous. Waitresses don't carry pads with them, so they try to remember order and mess that up, or they make extra trips to our table. Definitely not worth $50 plus for 3 people.
