“Ordered a large mobile order through the drive thru. We were handed one bag and told to have a good night, then I presume a manager came to the window and stopped us before we drove off. He ensured we received another item before driving off and asked us to pull around since the item was a specialty made and had been made incorrectly. While pulled around and waiting, I checked the bag to ensure all was accounted for and noticed we were missing one other item. Before I could even finish completely checking the bag, the same gentleman was coming out with our order. He delivered both the correctly made item and the unaccounted for item without us needing to make mention of it.
They were incredibly friendly, thorough, and quick. Food is hot and fresh. 10/10“
“Every time I visit Quincy IL, I always eat at this Taco Bell. Back home, no other Taco Bell taste as great, and the quality of food doesn't even compete with this Taco Bell. I always get a Nacho Bell Grande with extra nacho cheese and add 3 cheese. back at home, you cant even tell there is even one serving of Nacho cheese on the nachos. Here, they make sure every chip is covered with cheese. To me, this Taco Bell is the standard of every Taco Bell i will ever go to now.“
