They usually get my order right and are about as friendly as can be expected. If I notify them about a bad experience, they usually follow through and try to make up for it. Most recently they forgot my drink in the drive thru and I had to pull around again to collect it and proceeded to have the worst baja blast I've ever had in my life and couldn't take more than a sip - it was like seltzer water. service is terrible. food stinks
Spent 15 minutes at the speaker box. No answer. I figured the box was broken. Car behind me is yelling at me. I drive on past. Spend another 5 minutes in line. Get to the window and was told I couldn't order at the window and had to go back around.
I left and went to the other taco bell. Zero issues. The other taco bell I was in line for not even 5 minutes.
