Spent 15 minutes at the speaker box. No answer. I figured the box was broken. Car behind me is yelling at me. I drive on past. Spend another 5 minutes in line. Get to the window and was told I couldn't order at the window and had to go back around.
I left and went to the other taco bell. Zero issues. The other taco bell I was in line for not even 5 minutes.
My five star review is specifically for COLE at this location. My family and I were in this evening and the lobby was swamped with people, all of the help had been delegated to the ‘drive-thru’ side and Cole was left to handle lobby orders on his own. Not only did he kindly give everyone a heads up about the potential wait time, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to communicate the entire time. Not quite sure why people hold Taco Bell up this standard like it’s a 3 star michelin restaurant but, to each their own. The food & service is good enough for me (I mainly go through the drive thru) & the employees there are authentic & legit. Kind & laid back people @ the window too.
To the Taco bell employees out there, you rock lol.
