Bad service all children in there at night told there was no manager they got promotion inside their lobby that they say they don't sell no more very rude I bet if the owners came in there they will get the same bad rude treatment and service everyone should be fired or take classes on customer service but every bad behavior comes from the source so start with the hiring manager
Went here with my fiance trying to redeem a gift card. It didn't work, but the man at the counter, Connor, was so sweet to us. He was helpful, attentive and did his best to help us any way he could. The drive thru was packed and yet he still took his time to help us, and when we had to leave and come back to try and fix our card, he was instantly at the counter and waiting to help. Even though the card was a bust for us, the experience definitely made it still worth it to...
Last two times I've ordered on the app, they've made mistakes on my order. They just don't pay attention to the order details. Line is always long, but it's close & usually decent for a late night snack.
