Made a stop at the Arby’s in Rantoul Illinois and the customer service Elijah was courteous, respectful and assisted me with a smile. I made a special order for the slider and a Coke. Kudos to this restaurant. The restroom was clean as well.

Last Friday I went through the drive thru and I had a bad customer service experience. I posted a review and the Arby’s manger responded to my issue and immediately fixed it and apologized for the inconvenience. I couldn’t ask for more from them and I am very happy they were able to respond, apologize and fix my issue in a timely manner. Roast beef was dry. Sodas were watered down. Jalapeno poppers were broke open and there was no cheese. Same with mozzarella sticks. The only thing that was good was the orange shake. Sad because our whole group wanted Arby's. Now we have decided that Arby's will be the last place that we go.
