I went there a week or so ago and it was my first time ever ordering at a Dunkin Donuts. I let them know and the guy who was working the drive through, his name was Josh, was extra helpful, friendly, and professional with a positive attitude.Definitely 5 stars because Josh was awesome.
***EDIT***This location has gotten a LOT better!!I hate that this is the only coffee shop in town. They always screw up my order, it's to the point if you don't check then you're getting the wrong thing.
Love the current staff at the Springfield location in Champaign. I really like Sam on prospect, and Bobby on University with the people at the Springfield location in Champaign are the best they're just very very kind and sweet people especially the afternoon crew. Seems like the rantoul locations screws up my coffee a lot and I really used to like that location I'd stop there between jobs
