They didn't get our appetizer correct and we had 2 individuals pizzas, one was burnt and didn't have sauce and the other had so much sauce that's all you could taste.
I grew up in the area and was in town for a funeral ☹️ But I no longer eat meat or cheese so I didn’t know how monicals pizza would be without those two ingredients. Well, maybe the thick crust would’ve been better as I ordered the personal pan veggie with no cheese, extra sauce and the same seasoning but it was just okay. Too bad really as I miss monicals pizza since I also live 1000 miles away. I did try another brand in champaign that was thick crust and it was yummy...read full review

The young lady that waited on us was very pleasant and checked on us 3 or 4 times and made the experience very nice. Kinda warm in there, must not have had the a/c very low. But that's just a personal preference.
