Friar Tucks might have had a face lift, but the inside is still the old store with home made preserves, and the old school hospitality...

This restaurant appears to be out of business. Has a closed sign in the window and construction material inside. Maybe just renovations, who knows.

Fastest lunch hour in your life. I've ate there twice in my life- both times 12:30,and 12:45. They looked like you just shot their dog. Shut down at 1, and not a second later. Tear down starts at 12:29. I've heard breakfast is good, but wonder if the farmers get the same treatment. Food was ok- pricey back when I visited. This moment?- I would completely understand. Pirate prices if you can't make it to Litchfield.

Small diner attached to gas station. Limited menus, but had everything we could have wanted. If they have the chocolate carmel donuts, try them- WOW. As everywhere else we have been, they are short on staff but service was excellent.

Nice, little cafe. Biscuit and gravy eggs and bacon great! Danishes were from the gas station part except for the homemade cinnamon rolls. Service was friendly.

Surprised there was a little diner attached to the gas station. Small menu but the food was so good! Two of the group had fried shrimp and said it was delicious, plus it was a great serving size. I had the bacon burger and it had great flavor. Prices were so reasonable and our server was such a nice lady which is always a plus! A hidden little gem.
