Driving back roads heading to Waggoner, IL, we came upon a small community at an intersection and found this diner.
The atmosphere was great. It was relatively quiet, despite a steady stream of people coming in and out.
Our food was delicious and our waitress was graciously attentive and prompt to see to our every need.
It was the first time my husband did not ask for a go box to take half his food home to the dogs, in a long time; he cleaned his plate.
We drove back by a little later in the day, and there were alot of people there...which wasn't surprising; good news travels fast...especially about good food!

Fried Chicken is excellent, and well prepared. Fresh salad served with crackers, tomato, cheese, and onion. Catfish filets are large and cooked to order. Not fishy tasting or slimy. All reasonably priced.

Over the past 3 to 4 years I have eaten here about 50 times. Most often breakfast, a lot for lunch a few times for dinner. The thing I love is they are consistent! Never a bad day, never a little off, never any attitude or disrespect from the staff. Good food done right. Very surprising now days!

My husband saw a review and so we took the short drive to try it. Not far off the interstate. Very impressed! The restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly and attentive and the cook did a great job. We will definitely be adding Tosis to our list of places to eat.

Came by today for lunch on the way back to springfield from a jobsite. Ive been here two times now and the service and food is AMAZING im taking my buddies here Saturday night after i change the starter in my car. Even if its a 40 minute drive ITS WORTH IT

Traveling on I-55 and was searching for a small town diner. Tosi's looked good. Glad we stopped, food was good and plentiful. One waitress running the show and doing a great job. Really wanted a piece of pie (looked home made) but didn't have room.

Stopped in for lunch. Club sandwich was perfect. Good portion of fries and food came out fast.
Food was good diner quality, I should have gone with the recommended Horseshoe as they were eating it at the next table, but my burger was good. The cabbage soup was good as well

Stopped here for a bite to eat on the way back home. Was an adorable little diner. Very well priced! Even had cheaper options for seniors which I thought was amazing. Loved all the old photos and decor they had. Everyone seemed so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!

We were looking for a local restaurant while visiting the area. A little bit of a drive to get here, but, it was worth the trip. Wife said best Pecan Waffle she has ever had. I got the Ham Steak - it was huge. It was thick and took up the entire plate.

Best pecan waffle ever!! Husband got the ham dinner. It was huge and had pineapple slices on top. It was very good also. Server was nice but busy. Nice local diner.
