This place needs to literally be your very last resort for food. These employees are the most irritating (to say as nicely as I can) people you will ever come across, so therefore, best hope you don’t have anywhere to be if you’re going through the drive thru, because it will be a 20 minute wait. The employees are not only incapable of performing fast and good food services, but RUDE. Rip your card from you, scan it, and throw it back at you. The employees are always screaming and yelling at each other, so if you eat inside, enjoy the noise level. The food is only right 1/8 of the time, if you’re lucky. The inside is always dirty and without fail you will always see a rodent or insect crawling around. Literally make this your very last resort for a place to eat. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the good deals on the app. Wish we had a better location here in red bud.

Mcdonalds is trash. Food is made like crap like the people just don't care. Plus this place makes billions and cant give 1 bbq sauce with fries. But damn, I can grab all the ketchup I want. Doesn't make any sense at all. Always a money grab. Pretty funny that I can go right across the river and bbq is always free.

Does not have low fat milk for coffee drinks. McDonalds website says they Jane low-fat milk for low-fat coffee drinks. When I told manager who waited on me she just shrugged her shoulders and said “well we don’t”. You would think that as a manager she would say we will try to change that since she is probably one of the people who places orders for inventory. I was only person at counter and was completely ignored by staff who were laughing and talking and acted as if I was invisible. I have heard so many bad stories about Red Bud McDonalds they should shut it down and put a different fast food restaurant. Food was cold and buns were hard. Flies all around dining area so I went to my car to eat.

We went here and the guy told us to pull up to wait on our meal. We were sitting there for about 10 minutes when about 6 other cars behind us got their food before us. Then we sat there for about 10 more minutes and finally got our food. The food overall was pretty good though.

Food was cold except for my McChicken I had wait for because they forgot to put two sandwiches in our bag. Buns were very dry and kind of hard. It was usual McDonalds experience. If it wasn't for Grandkids we would not go there anymore.

The young people that work there are prejudice and have a problem with respecting African Americans. They use the N word frequently and the managers don't do nothing about it. When reported they harassed the employee. The NAACP needs to do something
