Went to a retirement dinner last night, catered by SLAM. In my 59 years of existence, I've never had a brisket as tender. The sauce was superb as well as all the sides. 100% recommend them for any catering.

Catered a graduation party....everyone commented on how delicious the brisket was....but all the food was delicious. Highly reccomend!
