I have been at SLAM Catered events and the food is always top notch. Today was the first time I went to one of their pop-ups, they were selling chicken Tinga tacos. The food at SLAM is probably the best food available in Red Bud. The service is top notch and the folks working there are the greatest.

Went to a retirement dinner last night, catered by SLAM. In my 59 years of existence, I've never had a brisket as tender. The sauce was superb as well as all the sides. 100% recommend them for any catering.

Trevor was great to work with. He has the numbers pretty well down to help guide what you need. He was easy to communicate with and does well with the logistics.The food is incredible. The side dishes he takes seriously and that sets him apart from your standard BBQ places.
