I just deleted my app keep spending 60 bucks short of sandwich have to drive back then your fries are cold it's so hard for them to check items before charging All other stores charge you for what they sell you either they're stealing and this is a setup hoping you won't come back but now I will check my order at the drive-thru hold the line up I will go to the parking spot hold that spot up while I check this will hurt McDonald's not me I deleted the app who cares about the free sandwiches they're always shorting you or don't want to give you a drink carrier to save money cheap skate owners The manager over all the managers was there when I was shorted didn't say anything to the employees
Wow what a terrible experience placed a mobile order they lady taking my order was so low I couldn't hear her. Got my receipt handed me the wrong order explained I had a mobile order. The manager Enrique said they couldn't find it. Gave me my food a while later, still wrong missing part of the order. I was so frustrated I left. Wow what a terrible experience.

We got there about 15 mins before closing amd sat in the first lane of the drive thru. We were ignored because the person in the other line who was behind us got there order taken. Then we went to drive around to re trigger the sensor and who ever was working was so rude. We tried telling her we were waiting and she was so rude it about it. I get it, it was late and you are closing soon. But if your open later than you should serve people who were waiting before it closed.

This McDonald’s did an outstanding job dealing with all of Country Thunders concert goers! They got your food to you in a timely matter, it was fresh and amazing, and all of the workers were very friendly. Well done 🔥

Stopped for lunch, it was McDonald's thought that was what I expected. Ordered at the counter the woman was very nice, but she mixed up the order pretty well. We ordered two meals, one Big Mac (a number 1 medium sized) with a Coke and a Quarter Pounder deluxe (a number 2 medium sized) no salt on the fries and an non sweetened Iced tea. We got à large coke, a large no salt fries and medium Diet Coke. The sandwiches were right and warm along with the fries. It was a quiet time of the day we enjoyed that too.

Every time I've ever eaten McDonald's I get sick the only thing that didn't use to make me sick was the Big Macs but now the patties are so skinny that there's literally holes in the patties

I'm here every day this is the third time they got my mobile order wrong this week. I Pay extra for things just to get home and see it not there. All you got to do is read the order not hard at all. Also they have no customers service there everyone looks unhappy there. Time to find another McDonald's.

I went the first time to order with my family having the greatest night and we pull up to the speaker first it takes almost 5-6 minutes for a girl to take the order this was late at night 9-9:40! As we place our order all we’re hearing is yea, uh huh, mhm, uh huh every time we say something and on top of that it anything else? Anything else which I work for a fast food restaurant and I can tell you right now it was just WAY TO DISRESPECTFULLY handled!! I’d never speak to my customers that way. So as we finish off my fiance still went to place his and AS HE IS SPEAKING she said this is your total pull forward!! And her name was Jessica she said if that’s even true younger girl dark hair! Now I let this slide because she isn’t the usual night girl that we see cashing us out at night but! Today 7/5/2025 I get through drive through nice service but terrible with the orders and this is the THIRD time you guys have messed our order up and charged me extra!!!! I had an up charge for large fries and soda with my meal and my fiance orders a large as well and ended up with mediums for both of us and I only got my large sprite not to mention my sauce for my meal MISSING as well! As a fast food worker myself I cannot believe the dissatisfaction you left us with honestly! For as many chances as I tried to give this was just ridiculous and I never leave reviews either but today I’m leaving this one!

Usually a solid location, but today left a bad taste. I used a McDonald’s app code for a $1 coffee, but when I got to the window, the discount hadn’t applied. I showed the deal to the drive-thru worker, who sarcastically responded, ‘Oh, you didn’t think you were that lucky,’ which felt dismissive and unnecessary. It’s not about the $1.50—it’s about the principle. Just something to consider if you expect the app to work as advertised.

6/7/24:Christie and Sarah served up the greatest McRib meal,handled my request cheerfully & made me feel welcome as if it was their own small town restaurant with big flavor! Best McDonald’s ever.Keep the self serve soda fountain.Way to go.This reflects on the owners/management as well. Good job! Thank you.

Never again. I placed my order on the app at 10AM. Arrived at the McDonalds by 10:15. By the time I got to the order window it was 10:25 and there was an issue with my mobile code so the guy at the window had me pull forward. No issues so far, he was super nice and trying to figure out the issue. He called his manager over who immediately started making everything MY fault. I was told they stop making mobile orders for breakfast five minutes before the cutoff—but that cutoff happened WHILE IN LINE waiting to talk to him because his system had an error. Then he told me breakfast was closed, at 10:29. So if I had just placed my order at the window instead of using the app, they would have made it without a second thought. I told him this, and asked if he’d just make it because it’s still 10:29 and I drove all the way out there to bring back breakfast for the family. He said no. So I asked how I get my money back as it already went through on Apple Pay and he told me to wait three days. So now I have no food, and I have to drive back empty handed, and wait three days to get my money back. The manager was horrible and rude. Big props to the nice staff who have to deal with him.
