This is a must stop on the way to Lake Geneva- We always take a group of motorcyclist up here and enjoy their creative brats and sausages. Beer is cold and the place has a friendly vibe!Parking: parking is a trick- and the road going through richmond is packed with trucks going to and from wisconsin. you gotta be patient crossing, and wait as people are always coming and going. cute icecream place across the street.
It is a tad pricy, but the brats are outstanding. Got the chili-cheese brat and it was loaded! Served on a tasty pretzel bun made it an even better meal. Nice location right in downtown. Will be back!

Always a good experience. Stayed later and had drinks at the bar. Wonderful bartender that offered some drinks we'd never tried before. Closing time came around and we didn't feel rushed out the door. ??Parking: Street parking. It can be hard to find a spot during busy times.Kid-friendliness: Great food options for the kids, and TVs for them to watch if they get bored

The staff and patrons were amazing.. The owner on the other hand is extremely pompous. I presented my OFFICIAL SERVICE DOG IDENTIFICATION prior entry and as I was leaving he approached me, aggressively asking why I need him. He's very lucky this afternoon...

Really nice restaurant in downtown Richmond. ordered the giant pretzel with bier cheese really tasty I enjoyed it nothing in comparison to any other pretzel I had way better than auntie Annie's or Wetzel pretzel. I ordered Baja chicken sandwich with tator tots it was really flavorful. service was quick food was all fresh and hot. I would Def be back again for another pretzel.

This is a sports bar and so is very noisy. The food was nothing special. Probably OK for group celebrations but wouldn't recommend it if you are looking for a place for a meal with a quiet conversation.
I’ve been taking our young family here for several years and it’s well worth the 35 minute drive north to get there. I love the Philly cheesesteak brat. Wife gets the shroomwurst and kids get kid menu items which they love. Tonight I had the Seasonal St Paddy’s day Reubenwurst. Their pretzel buns are delicious and we have never been disappointed with anything we’ve ordered.

I really like the food here but their waitresses suck. Poor service every time. Last visit, had tall waitress with the arm and neck tattoos. Zero personality or hospitality. Ordered the sausage sampler to share and she doesn't bring us any plates. Had to get up and ask someone else for them. Barely checked up on us. Drops off check without even asking if I wanted anything else. Still gave her 20% because she hovered over me as I paid bill, but she did not deserve it. Sausages and beer selection is great, but poor service from a weirdo like her will keep me from coming back. Do better BratHaus.

Small bar/restaurant. Met some of our Wisconsin friends here as it was halfway for both us. Great brats and decent lunches. Nothing fancy, but good food.
