Looking forward to trying your restaurant Roger after the Ren Fair. We live in Colorado, but I grew up eating Dog n Suds on the south side of Chicago, I miss the charbroiled cheese burgers and famous root beer and floats. See you at Richmond Dog n Suds on August 9th 2025.. PS haven't been there yet, but if you have the original menu I'll love it so I'll give you 5 stars for now..
This feels like a borderline-mandatory road trip pit stop, and not just because it's a stone's throw from Wisconsin. A throwback to a different dining/car culture era, it actually feels a little unintuitive at first, simply because we don't really do car-centric dining like this anymore.
