Wheelchair accessibility: Your average restaurant door, ordering sub might be more difficult as seeing ingredients would pose a problem. Reaching soda to dispense would be difficult, as would getting drinks top of the cooler. Tables would be usable.

Manager was rude at checkout about rewards, no ice for drinks, no syrup for soda machine, very small amounts of vegetables on sandwich not the first time having this experience here

3 times now I have stated that I'm a vegetarian and still to this day they use knife that is used to cut meat and etc.. They don't even wash the knife or will they use a separate one. Cross-contamination at its finest. Never will be going there again unless they respect there customers. Other subways I go to do not do this. Very unhappy

Take a few minutes & go to the next closest one. Employee on hus ear pod talking to someone the whole time I was trying to get my sandwich made, I never knew if he was talking to me or w/the person on the phone. That's rude/disrespectful & unprofessional! Paid the order he started & got the other 3 sandwiches from the other store 8 min away!

Superb service! A one-of-a-kind customer experience. We came into Richmond subway in the midst of lunch hour and ordered 20 sandwiches for a group of city kids we invited out for a day at a farm. The Subway team took great care of us — they were fast, friendly and accommodating. And they didn’t miss a beat with the regular lunch crowd!

I stopped here to get some meatball subs with a friend Sarah, and noticed this business card. What's strange is that's not me , but a individual from WIDOC who might of stolen my identity. I alerted my old PO Cathie Garza crazy thing she was more worried about whether I was in compliance than her coworkers being corrupt!
