I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this was really frustrating. I ordered food and specifically asked twice to make sure the sauce was in the bag. I was told “of course,” so I trusted it and drove off. When I checked the bag, there was no sauce.
I parked and walked up to the door at 11:59 PM to quickly ask for the missing item, and the employee locked the door right as I got there and waved me off. When I knocked, I explained that the sauce was missing from my order, and instead of helping quickly, I was told to go sit through the line and wait another 20 minutes.
I understand closing procedures and policies, but this was their mistake, and it could have been fixed in about 30 seconds. The bigger issue was the attitude of that young female that clearly had built up anger from something else… it felt rude and dismissive when I was polite and just trying to get what I already paid for.
Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. This could have been handled much better.

Poor service bad management they should hire better they don't sound like they want to do their job they should go somewhere else let someone that wants to do the job be happy to be there

You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....

I’ve got to give credit where it’s due — the crew working at 10:00 PM on July 1st absolutely crushed it. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You don’t see that kind of attitude much these days, and it really stood out. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. 100% across the board — these guys went above and beyond. Hope their manager sees this, because they truly deserve the recognition. 👏

Yall have a great staff. For a fast food restaurant especially. Always friendly, nice, friendly reasonable if it’s really busy they let you know it’s just a little longer. Food always tastes perfect, never sloppy, always correct.
I manage a fast food restaurant so I know how hard it is to be so consistent. You guys deserve a 5 star rating. Thanks for always helping out when I’m hungry quick and don’t have much time.
