Poor service bad management they should hire better they don't sound like they want to do their job they should go somewhere else let someone that wants to do the job be happy to be there

You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....

I’ve got to give credit where it’s due — the crew working at 10:00 PM on July 1st absolutely crushed it. Everyone was polite, friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. You don’t see that kind of attitude much these days, and it really stood out. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. 100% across the board — these guys went above and beyond. Hope their manager sees this, because they truly deserve the recognition. 👏

Yall have a great staff. For a fast food restaurant especially. Always friendly, nice, friendly reasonable if it’s really busy they let you know it’s just a little longer. Food always tastes perfect, never sloppy, always correct.

This is definitely one of best Taco Bells that I've been to! Dave, brandon, Dean and I think the lady manager's name is Liz do an excellent job at running this restaurant! My food is always done to perfection, the portions are good, the place is very clean, and the people that work there are so friendly and go above and beyond for their customers! I really wish there was a way to get this store recognized other than just this review:-)
