Came in at 8:59 through drive thru. Not greeted by the drive thru host just "what can I get you?" Nothing but attitude when asking for the kid to do his JOB! Zero customer service skills. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK THERE...THEN QUIT! Who is management hiring? With service like this I unfortunately am looking forward to AI taking over these people's jobs. Until then, I'll drive the extra time to go to the Taco Bell I'm Lake Geneva.

Had a generally good experience with this location until now. Saw the line cook (the guy making the food) sitting outside smoking until i pulled up, then saw him walk out again as soon as i was pulling away, gloves and all and light up again. Seriously concerned with whether any hand washing or glove changing happened. I will not be returning.

2 crispy beef tacos.Hard to eat when they broke the shells
Seems basic. I ordered the taco box combo. I got no combo , just tacos. Which wasn't the worst but I expected the combo.Also 2 of the tacos were wet from like the dishwater or something. Seemed weird. One was like soaked and another just wet.The rest of them were fine. But, the dishwater tacos were very concerning to me the girl and the dog who actually loved those dishwater tacos. So, I guess the dog says thank you. Positivity, the 2 kinds of hot sauce I asked for were evenly split 6 each and in the box with napkins. That's a new concept to my usual taco bell excursions.

Went here today and it was the worst tacos I've ever seen. Almost no cheese or meat. I was wondering why I never see anyone at this taco bell now I know why. Worst taco bell ever. The one in Antioch IL is the best. But at least the guy at the drive thru window was super cool. If I wasn't in a hurry I would've went back and scolded the cook who apparently never cooked a day in his life or was even trained. I want a refund but you know that'll never happen because we'll it's taco bell. I'm the fool for eating here. Never again

I was charged 1.00 for sauce. Since when do you charge for sauce???. I never asked for extra sauce. They just asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes and then I was charged. You guys are just getting petty. Calling corporate about this issue.
Order a grilled burrito and it's never grilled. For the past month I've had to go back everytime to have it remade. A grilled cheese burrito means grilled. Not a beefy crunch burrito the size of a cheese roll up. No other location argues that it's the same thing.
