We have gone here for years! I used to live in Park Forest, now in Indiana, but still come here at least a few times a year if not more. Great food, great prices, staff / owner are very friendly. Highly recommend
I've been a customer of this restaurant for about 2 decades now. Their customer service is still good. I wound up getting 2 small pizzas for the price of one because they incorrectly cut the first pizza they'd made for me. However, it tastes like they've changed their recipe recently, and I think they used the regular amount of cheese instead of going light on the cheese like I requested. I hope they correct the recipe error soon.
Ordered a pizza over the phone. Got there about 20 minutes later like they said and they had given my order to someone else. It happens, no big deal. The only real issue I had was there was absolutely no apology or anything, not even a simple "oops". The girl at the register was kind, it was the big guy who just acted like oh well. He asked if someone else maybe picked it up... I told him no not possible, then he says "we have to remake it", yells out the order...
