Mimmo's is a small, local Italian restaurant in Ridgeway IL. I was stopping by and wanted to get a bite to eat. The meatball sub was great! I really liked the bread! Was it made in-house? The texture was so good! It was not like something that comes from a factory! The meatballs were delicious! Just the right amount of sauce and cheese! I tend to over-do it when I make meatball subs. Very polite servers, family atmosphere, clean, and order was on time with no long wait. My pizza was awesome and at a great price. Server that took my phone order was knowledgeable about the number of people each size would accommodate.
