This branch needs to work on their overall food quality. I used to be regular there, and the coffee was not always the best. The staff does try their best though, but the food is always lacking something.Hash browns are not bad. Coffee ranges from okay-ish to good sometimes. specialty donuts and food need to be worked on desperately. Got a coffee roll today and it had no coffee taste, was just a bun with white icing. Other Dunkin branches I go to have THE BEST coffee rolls.

My wife walked to this location with my son yesterday and she had my son in the stroller. My wife said she struggled to get the doors open to go in with the stroller and that she even got a bruise on her hip from the door hitting her and once she was through the second door the staff behind the counter just watched her struggle coming in and didn’t help. My wife also told me they bursted out laughing when they saw her having a hard time coming inside. I don’t think this is appropriate or professional.

Ran into this location for a friend's birthday, as she loves Dunkin. The place was nice, clean, the staff was friendly and service was superb. The clientele however needed a whooping. As one man grabbed the wrong order, made it the woman's fault behind the counter than threw it at her and demanded a new one. Very low class. But his ignorance aside, great place to grab some sweets.

I ordered 2 ice coffees and 2 donuts and didn't want too much ice but when I was presented with the coffee..half the cup was filled with ice and i told the only lady that was there that i didn’t want that much ice she then tells me that it would not be ice coffee then so i told her that i was the customer and that's how i want it and when i asked her who the manager was she replied that she was and i told her that she was a poor excuse to be that position.,and told her i would call the corporate office which I'm still waiting to hear from.
