Wanted to make a trip out there reviews sounded good i was coming from Plainfield however when tried calling to get information the person who answered ask me to hold but hung up, okay thought it might have been an accident tried calling back no answer..IF THIS IS THE SERVE YOU PROVIDE not worth the trip. Heading to the new place on 45 & Pulaski.

Food is amazing, but the portion was TINY! Don't go here if you're really hungry unless you're ok spending $40-$50. I spent $19 for what amounted to an appetizer. It was delicious but it was a little kid's sized portion. I could have eaten 4-5 of what I got and maybe still been hungry.

Do not underestimate the vegan veggie sandwich - everything is seasoned so well, and it all comes together for a delicious bite! Next time I will have to remember to get it as a jibarito to enjoy the fried plantains. Even the yuca frita have robust seasoning - you could eat them plain.

Ordered a Cubanito Express Pressed Sandwich & it was delicious. TOP TIER!!! Also grabbed 3 empanadas! Lechon, jamon con queso and guava con queso crema(dessert). Very delicious. First time here and will definitely be back.

This place has amazing food. We went there out of curiosity, and now believe this to be one of the best places for sandwiches that we've ever been to. My daughter is a picky eater, who doesn't like eggs, but now she's willing to have eggs if they are cooked by/like Cubanito's. The staff are friendly and wanted to give the customer their best. Now when I think of Cuban sandwiches, I think of this place first. Looking forward to trying their other location.

Great tasting food, good portion sizes and some really good cafe con leche.
First time at Cubanito Express and it did not disappoint! I had the steak jibarrito it was cooked perfectly, the steak was tender and flavorful, and the rice was delicious. I paired it with a mango shake and it was amazing! The employees were so nice, the place itself is super cute, and the owner was incredibly kind he even came by to check on us and surprised us with a flan Cubano. It was my first time trying it and wow, I’m a fan! So creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food and even better hospitality!

Came here on a whim and I’m so glad I did. We tried 3 empanadas - picadillo, lechon, and chicken con queso. Each were so fresh, crisp and so damn good. We had the cubanismo breakfast sandwich. The bread was fresh, crispy outside soft inside and it was overall 10/10. We also had the jibarrito cubano. Was little iffy about the ham but still fire. Without the ham 10/10 . Rice was delicious too ! Will be back
