The waitress are very nice. Very respectful. But waiting on food is horrible. The cooks look like if they are drunk. They need to get better cooks.

What a treasure! Had family in this weekend and ordered a variety of the breakfast burritos. The food was outstanding as was the house coffee. A must for all in the western burbs!

I've been going here on and off for 2 years. The owner is so kind, the food is inexpensive, and their portion size is huge.

😍It's SO good. Very flavorful. The meat is Super tender. My husband got the Pork Torta & I got steak. Mine is better lol but they're both really, really good. I'm glad we stopped here! (I had already started eating so sorry the pics aren't great 🤣)

The good was good. The service was even better. The prices are very reasonable. I had the steak quesadilla which were served as tacos. They were satisfying. The rice was mildly seasoned, but fresh. Good but not quite to my taste. The beans were good. The pickled carrots seemed like they were from a can. Not a deal breaker. They served chips and had a salsa bar with a few options. The salsa was flavorful and highlighted the type of pepper used. The Carmel flan was ok. It was a custard style flan with an inconsistent texture. Good, but not great. They did not have any tres leches cake available which was disappointing. It's a regular go to for my family. The portions are smaller but the dinner meals are $8 to $12 each, averaging on the low end. The seating is a bit weird because of the rectangular shape of the building, but not a deal breaker. Overall I enjoyed my meal there.

If you don’t feel like you’ve walked in to a welcoming fondita, in Mexico, then you’re in the wrong restaurant. This place has exceptional service as well as delicious food. The ladies are so charming and are open to conversation.
They treat their customers like family.
I came with my nephew. I started with the Cafe de Olla nicely prepared with the perfect amount of cinnamon. I found it cute that they served it not only in the traditional clay mug, but they also give you a puff pastry cookie, shaped as a heart.
Then I had for starters a taco de lengua (tongue), and a Taco de asada (steak). The meat was nicely seasoned, full of flavor.
Then I had the chorizo, papa, and egg breakfast. The beans were yummy. The rice was cooked perfect and the potatoes in the egg were so tender.
